This is an assignment called The Recipe, I went with the recipe For Freedom.

In this image i wanted to show hands breaking free from the shackles and chains of oppression, crushing a cage and letting freedom out.
I felt hands worked best because they show no real gender or race and there a great symbol for freedom.
